Sam has over 20+ years’ experience working in corporate and entrepreneurial environments as a senior HR strategist. Prior to starting her own consultant in Canada in 2021, Sam has worked globally in the financial services, Fintech and technology sectors, managing multi-ethnic, multi-religious and multicultural business environments. In these executive roles, Sam was called on to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives, global talent acquisition, DE&I strategies, pioneer culture transformation, HR & agile transformation initiatives, create and roll-out campus recruitment programs, undertake strategic organization change management initiatives, talent development, set-up and roll-out a technology training academy, and employee engagement strategies as well as other HR strategic initiatives.
She is a graduate of University of Leicester in HR Management. She holds a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University. In addition to being MBTI and Predictive Index certified psychometric practitioner, Sam is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Leader (CAL), ICF-ACC level leadership coach, and a Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP) in Canada.

Her services include HR consulting; people & culture transformation; Organizational Design; and Talent Management, all done with a diversity, equity & inclusion lens. Sam is located in Ontario, Canada however, she caters to clients globally.
