Ian is the Automotive Senior Parmer at CNA International.
In addition to the executive search of senior management and board level appointments in the Automotive and Motor Retail sectors, Ian is also a full member of The Institute Turnaround. Ian has been the lead operational advisor in the turnaround and development of a key number of Motor dealer groups and re marketing companies and has completed these projects on a consultancy basis, working with and leading existing management.
Ian has also recently completed a project with global bank BNP Paribas, head officed in Paris, in relation to the setting up of their motor finance business in the UK.
Ian is currently advising a global motor car manufacturer ( OEM) in relation to used car performance at its franchised dealer network along with used car residual value ( RV) protection. Ian also writes a monthly feature for motor industry journal, Auto Retail Network, in relation to automotive retail best practice.
Due to his sector experience and contacts Ian is able to locate and supply high caliber management in the Automotive sector, encompassing both long term and interim positions.
