Gábor is an experienced business development and organizational development consultant with over 15 years of experience across various industries. His expertise lies in business development, sales performance, and human capital management, with a strong focus on organizational improvement for both local and multinational companies.
In addition to this, since 2016, Gábor has been a Freelance Business Development Consultant, specializing in business planning and marketing strategy development for startups. His consulting experience offers services that include business modelling, sales strategy, and organizational development for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). His freelance work allows him to deliver actionable insights to companies looking to scale or enter new markets, leveraging his broad understanding of both startups and larger, more established firms.
From 2022 to 2024, Gábor also served as a Principal at SpenglerFox, a global provider of human capital solutions with executive search focus. In this capacity, he managed senior-level executive searches and supported organizations in attracting top-tier talent globally. His work involved engaging with a network of over 370 consultants across 63 offices, utilizing SpenglerFox’s vast international reach to offer bespoke recruitment and consulting services.
Prior to these roles, Gábor held significant positions at DEVELOR, a training company network which operates in 18 countries in training and HR consulting industry. Gábor started in 2010 as a Key Account Manager where he played a pivotal role in managing client relationships and create development concepts. From 2018 to 2022, he progressed to the role of Sales Performance Manager, where he developed and executed strategies to enhance the sales effectiveness of the organization. His contributions helped drive revenue growth and client retention during his tenure. From 2022 he works with Develor as an external partner as Organizational Development (OD) Consultant, where he focuses on improving the effectiveness of organizations by analysing and enhancing structures, strategies, and operations. His role allows him to help businesses optimize their performance, develop leadership capabilities, and foster innovation through tailored development programs.
Earlier in his career, Gábor worked as a Senior Consultant at Gordon & Webster Consulting Ltd., where he gained valuable experience in management consulting, focusing on performance improvement and strategic development for a variety of clients.
Gábor’s educational background is equally impressive, holding a master’s degree of Agricultural engineering from Szent István University, a Master’s degree in Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest, and finishes Master of Arts in Law at Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2024. His diverse academic qualifications complement his extensive professional experience, making him a well-rounded expert in both business and organisational development areas.
