Baltzar has been in the Executive Search and Talent industry for more than 10 years, advising clients in several industries in leadership recruitment and development. He has been based both in Scandinavia and in Central Europe, working on international assignments in several markets. Apart from his experience as a consultant, he has also been Talent Manager in an international tech company, providing advice in leadership development and recruitment and building Talent programs.
Baltzars professional creed is that it’s not difficult to find talented people, the difficulty is to find the right talent that will perform in the clients unique environment. Therefore, he is known by his clients to emphasize the importance of understanding oneself and defining the positions purpose for making successful recruitments, making sure to be an advisor that can bring long term value for his clients.
