About
Balazs has 20+ years of experience in the area of talent management and development, with a special focus on coaching, team facilitation and enterprise transformation management. He worked for large multinational organizations in various HR leadership roles, at Citigroup, Erste Bank, EY and SITA, representing sectors of financial institutions, professional services, IT and aviation. He recently repatriated to Hungary after 8 years of expat assignment in the Middle East. Recently, he was part of a Hungarian government initiative focusing on startup ecosystem development and talent development aspects of the startup world.
As a business advisor Balazs is primarily focusing on agile transformation, and change management projects, sales efficiency improvement, digitalization and innovation related challenges, operational and organizational efficiency management, collaborative and inter-cultural intelligence development, executive coaching and team facilitation. He also supports clients in finetuning their human strategies to improve their EVP, talent acquisition performance, culture and values, executive development and succession, and strategic workforce planning.
His motto is “facilitating positive change by improving thinkig” and challenges situations and clients accordingly, in order to guide finding the right solution themselves. Balázs has a collaborative, but pragmatic style, that helps handling situations in an effective and structured manner. Besides this, he builds on his sports career being a professional sailor for decades, winning titles such as European Championship in 2003.
