Alina Shevchuk joined CNA International as a Consultant in August 2022. She has 7 – years’ experience in IT recruitment.
Before joining CNA, Alina was in charge of hiring java specialists within the Spain and Romania area and leading a team of 4 people.
She has worked with a large number of students (50- 150 ppl), focussing on niche hiring, hiring B-level managers, and Solution Architects.
Alina has also worked in the USA through a Work and Travel program. Recently, relocated to the UK with work permission for Ukrainians.
Alina’s main focus working with CNA will be to help Ukrainian professionals find the right employer in the UK and also, work closely with clients and support them in finding high-skilled Ukrainians ready to relocate and work in the United Kingdom.
